Horrible experience on Totting broadway branch Rude racist have no idea what manners is zero customer service I had to call the police to report the incident this manager should not deal with people other wise you are hiring bad people in purpose then The police advised not to go there again I guess they are right Stay safe and dont visit such a cafe they have a wonderful Nero Cafe next door no need to risk yourself and ruin your day in such a store He is the manager so no one could complaint

If you leave near the store, walk and get your order. If you leave far, don't order for delivery. I keep ordering thinking that it won't happen again, maybe they were busy, maybe a different store will be different but the same keeps happening and I won't be ordering for delivery again. Items are constantly missing from my order, coffee is only half cup, drinks are spilled in the bag spoiled the other items I receive. Worst delivery service I have received

Asked for a cappuccino and got a latte, namely a cappuccino filled to the brim with milk. I immediately returned it and was given the weakest cappuccino. I returned it again asked my money back and went to Nero next door and got a decent cappuccino. Pretamanger is too expensive and high staff turnover means little training and bad coffee
