Terrible company. Don't waste your time with them. I dealt with Salman and Nadia from the agency for several years, and both of them are utterly incompetent, and impossible to communicate with. It took two months for them to repay my deposit, after I was texting and calling them every day for weeks trying to get them to do it. Signing the contract was also a shambles, as they initially didn't put the correct people on it, and then it took them several attempts to spell everyone's names correctly. If you ever have to speak to Salman or Nadia, you have my sympathy.

Bailiffs arrived at the property looking for someone from the agency as he registered it under his own name ?? They were saying he hasnt paid council tax. Overall , the worst agency you could rent with , Contract states theres a cleaning rota where everyone would take turns, when I was given the keys to the room it was absolutely filthy ! And the bathroom was vile clearly no one bothers for the cleanliness and hygiene levels which is worrying. Maggots were found in the kitchen several times. Whenever it would heavily rain my walls would leak ! So glad Im out of that dump ! Word of advice , use your deposit as your last months rent ! Ive read that these people hold onto your deposits with no returns. AVOID THIS AGENCY

I have been attempting to contact this letting agency regarding a stolen deposit for days. Every time a phone call was arranged to talk they either cancelled or ignored me - DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY. They do not use deposit protection schemes. They are unprofessional and do not care about tenants. They left tenants without a working boiler for long periods of time, without hot water, and they allow dodgy landlords to break the law by entering tenants homes without permission. They do not comply with the law regarding deposit protection. I have seen lots of dodgy letting agencies during my time working on member defence cases for a tenants union - this is by far the most unprofessional, rude and callous agency I have spoken to. They have little to no understanding of housing law or the rights of tenants. AVOID!
