Have been ordering from Soni Pizza for nearly two years and unfortunately have to leave that 1* review today.
The other day theyve mixed my just eat order and delivered 12 instead of 15. After a quick call and some negotiations I was offered 50% off my next order with them which I found reasonable and accepted.
Unfortunately when I tried to use said discount next time I was told that they know nothing about it and the guy who promised it was not working on that day and such a discount is not possible.
Quite frankly I feel lied to and after spending 100s with them Id expect better customer service.
