I needed some help today with my medicines which one of their amazing helpful polite staff she dealt immediately with my doctors and give me my medication straight away Great professionalism staff but also sensitivity and caring , It was a well-balanced approach and they were able to put me at my ease and send me off speedily with everything resolved home Best of Luck to all of Cospharm Team Keep it up

no star for this pharmacy, i dont recommend anyone to go here very stink staffs, who dont bother to help very bad service gave my prescription on Tuesday, called them about when my medication will arrive no reply or call back from them, called them today they refused to give me the prescription because they dont have in stock asked them for the prescription so I can go and get the medication from another pharmacy cut the call on me, called several times no bother answering my calls im really sick, i need my medication to get better

Some really nice staff. Others not so much. As soon as you walk in and look around for what you need. Someone will come out from the behind the counter. Within seconds asking if you need something. But not in a helpful tone. or just follows you. I work in retail but you shouldnt make people feel uncomfortable shopping. This has happened to me many times when I come in and Iv seen it with other customers. Its a shame

Pretty sure they hate locals and anyone who comes to shop nearby. They actively come out and haggle people trying to park there cars. There is free parking on their front, come and park there just to toy with them. Caused a lot of traffic and car shenanigans because they refused to let you park there unless you're a customer. All you need to do is walk inside and pretend to shop in their Pharmacy.
