It is unacceptable for a healthcare professional to behave in this way towards their patients, and it made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, and I would caution anyone who is considering using their services to be aware of the potential issues they may encounter.
In my opinion, the staff at Day Lewis Pharmacy need to undergo further training on how to deal with customers in a professional and respectful manner, and they should take steps to ensure that incidents like mine do not happen again in the future.
