The lady staff I met with was not very helpful at all..I ordered a set of frames and she was not helping me choosevthecright size..just shook her head for everything as if She did not care. But on Monday, a Carabian young staff was very open and helpful. He said the glasses were falling off my Face because the frame was too big..the lady didn't say this and I had to pay for this.. not recommending this place .

Terrible service today. I have actually been Specsavers customer for over 20years. I've never had an issue. I'm surprised as usually the tooting Specsavers is fantastic. Really friendly and helpful staff. Previously I gave the same Specsavers 5 stars. All staff were excellent. All staff today are excellent apart from the arrogant man who was my optician today. So as a 20 year customer, who is no longer a customer I will say why. This man today who was my optiction was blatantly rude. I don't know how he got employed there as he does not offer the same service by all other staff there. I was in his room for about 10-15 mins. For the majority of this time his back was facing me. The purpose of my appointment was for contact lense trial. He did some tests on my eyes. He did not ask me anything about what contact lenses I wanted. And he did not tell me any information at all about anything. Only when I asked him questions did he look at me. And it was only after I asked him questions did he give me any information. He did ask me if I wore contact lenses before. I said I had and this Specsavers sold them to me about 2 years ago. I told him today I wanted the most comfortable contact lenses they sell. He did not ask me to elaborate. He tested my eyes. Then the rest of the time he was typing on his computer. With his back to me. After about 5 mins I asked him if my eyes were suitable. He said yes and continued his typing. I asked him which lenses will I get. He said the most comfortable. I asked him why those one's (by this I meant why are they so comfortable - I wanted some information about a products I am paying for, that is going in my eyes, sold to me by Specsavers). But he said "because I asked for the most comfortable 1's" Then he was back facing me again and typing. I asked him if the lenses were here. He said no and again back to his back to me. I found him so rude that I had to cut the appointment short. I found him rude and did not feel comfortable in a tiny room with a man who only had his back to me. When I asked as a long term customer could I see a different optiction. He said no. I asked him.again if I could see another optiction, He told me he was the manager and that even if I came back another day he would refuse me to see another optiction and the optiction and I would only be able to see would be him. He was a horrid rude rude man. As a 20+ year customer to Specsavers, I will never go back because of him.
