Springbok Garage

I've used Springbok for 10 years mainly because my insurers recommended them. However the last time I used them (personally) they replaced a front hub and lost my wheel lock nut key in the process which has cost me 85 to replace. I didn't know because I've had no reason to take the wheels off until I had a flat 18 months later. When I went back to them they just shrugged and said "it's been a while". Clearly don't care about long term customers. I'll take my business and insurance work elsewhere from now on. The respray they do is really thin too so don't expect that to last. Fantastic job well done by a friendly team at Springbok. After being in an accident with my children in the car I took my family SUV to them to fix. They looked after it and gave the car a thorough valet throughout which was so appreciated. The team were friendly to me and the children and answered all my questions. From the time I brought my car in for them to look at it to see what needed doing to the time it was repaired these guys kept me informed every step of the way. The staff were polite, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. As a disabled driver who uses hand controls in my car I was really looked after making sure I wasnt without my car for too long. In fact it was ready for collection the very next day. Extremely pleased with the repair work and car was handed back in perfect condition washed and cleaned inside and out.
