        Pre-sales 10/10 After sales 10/10 Potentially one of best flooring stores in London. Stefan is certainly the best sales manager I have ever dealt with. Extremely helpful and spends considerate time walking you through options and details, but is not pushy on making decisions. After the purchase, when we were short by a small but still sizeable amount of flooring, Stefan went to considerate lengths with his team to find remaining stock on an end of life product. The store, team and Stefan are people we still checkin with to ensure we are using the right products for the flooring etc and they are always happy to help.
