The team over at Inventive are true professionals, we'v been clients for over a year now and could not be happy with the level of service and especially the response time once support tickets are raised. It's not just email back and fourths that lead nowhere like I have had with other companies, I actually get a follow up call and explanation of what's going on and the tests they intend to run before the issue is resolved. I would recommend Inventive to anyone looking for a UK based IT Support company who actually care about customer service.

Fantastic team here! We have spent years moving around from one IT Support company to another, not being able to find one that ticks all the boxes but Inventive have managed to do this in months. They ensured a smooth handover, a new office install and improved our current procedures with creative and Inventive (mind the pun!) solutions. All this whilst providing excellent customer service. Very competent team who are able to cut out the jargon for those less technical. Highly recommend.

The team came into the office and offered a server solution for us following excessive noise from our existing setup. The solution was cost effective, and met the brief perfectly, in fact exceeding expectations. We are really happy with the work completed and will be using the company again in the future. Very satisfied, I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and prompt action.
