I got acupuncture, massage and facial. Very good treatments. Felt great afterwards. Would definitely recommend. Herbal tea is also great.

Strange experience, felt more like a sales pitch to try and get me to buy as many things as possible rather than understanding the health issues I have / trying to diagnose the problem. When I called to enquire I specifically said one of the issues was to do with my hayfever and was told either the 65 or 85 options were available. When I arrived, I was then told I could only have the 120 option as they need to target my face, this is a lot more than I had anticipated to spend and dont think it was really fair when on the phone that wasnt what was communicated. The consultation did not go into any detail about me personally and the health concerns, all it included was a quick balance test. I didnt really feel any different after the accupuncture so am disappointed especially given the price. During the appointment I unfortunately did not find it relaxing as all I could hear was loud music from the reception area with someone in the clinic singing very loudly. Afterwards it was again a sales pitch about purchasing a 50 foundation (which I declined) as according to Dr Fiona my skin is too spotty and white. She also tried to sell me a course of accupuncture for 800 which I again declined, but still added 10 extra onto my bill as a deposit for a future appointment. At this stage I honestly felt really uncomfortable after declining so many things prior to this and also had run out of time on my parking meaning I didnt have time to argue with this. Before she would even let me pay she made me leave a positive review on google - which I am now editing as I think its important to make others aware of this experience. I chose to go her based on the many positive reviews on here but makes me wonder if they were all also told to leave a said review before they could pay etc. I was offered some tea at the end of my appointment which was nice.

Excellent experience first time receiving acupuncture, had knee issues and muscular tension. Almost instant improvement.

Ive just a wonderful treatment and i am feeling like new thats acupuncture massage is the best and the masseurs was really kind and respectful!
