        Dealt with Roisin for equity release and the service was excellent!

        Frances handled conveyancing for my new flat and she was above excellent. She did way more than what she was supposed to do. Seller's lawyers simply couldn't care less if the sale happened and kept failing to provide the Building Regs. Certificate. If it weren't for Frances going out of her way to track it down and get it for me this wouldn't have happened. She knew how local councils in London work and advised me all the way through the process.
