Last year, we contracted Martin and New Smart Living (NSL) to build a major extension to our Edwardian house in West Dulwich and couldnt be happier with the outcome. The NSL team led by Daniel were excellent; skilled, methodical and extremely professional in their approach while ensuring the maintenance of a safe and tidy site at all times. The care and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project was exceptional. Open and clear communication with Martin and the team meant we would have no hesitation in recommending them and will no doubt be in contact again for future projects. I cannot recommend New Smart Living highly enough. They completed an entire full house refurbishment for us on time and on budget. Their initial quote was reasonable and realistic and they did not throw in ANY added extras along the way. Every single member of the team was hard working, dedicated, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. They were responsive when any issue arose which allowed us to progress through the project without any delays to the schedule. They executed the job to a very high standard and we couldn't be happier with the end product.
