the best loft conversions they have made for me. I will recommend to all try once doran bros constructions..i am very happy with the service they have provide though the charges was bit higher side but if you are getting good service then its ok for highest cost

We and many friends of ours have used Doran Brothers for the last 20 years, to do various construction projects, and they have always been on time and on budget. They are not the cheapest quote we got, but they came well-recommended and they did such a good job on our loft extension that we had them do our downstairs refurbishment (taking out the walls to make a bigger living room), our kitchen extension (side return) and our basement. In every case, they were on time and on budget. PLUS, and this is really important, they gave us great advice and went the extra mile to do a good job. Here is an example. Fintan Doran came over one day to take a look at progress on the loft after the steel beams had been put in. He looked around and said, Jeez, we can get another 12-18 inches of height in that loft, we need to lower those beams. I told him wed like more head height in the loft but we didnt have the budget to make changes. And Fintan said, dont worry, its on me, itll be done by the end of the day. I would hire Doran Brothers again any day of the week and twice on Sundays ... except they dont work Sundays.
