        Extremely RUDE and ABRUPT staff. They were rude and complained about holding Evri parcels even though it is a service they are paid for. I came to collect having been away for a few days and was well within the 10 day frame they are required to hold for. I was rudely told that they wanted to send it back the day before (having been held for only 5 days held in store). Parcel was also damaged. Not using them again, would rather redirect my parcels elsewhere.
