Beautiful, friendly black lady that has a lovely selection of wigs and a young man who helps her. They get 10 out of 10 service, especially the lady. However I have removed three stars because of the disrespectful criminal man at the till. He was new and not friendly like the usual men. We were meant to be given a discount because our items were last on shelf, one used, the other more expensive than usual. Us being regulars for several years deserved a discount, as even the hair lady told us, but the man on the till, a South Asian skinny, wretch looking, Jack Nicholson from The Shining, thought otherwise. He charged us full price, tried to up the price of the items, and when we mentioned our discount, he said "you get one pound off, you are very lucky" He saw my shocked and heartbroken face and laughed, and whispered to his very quiet colleague even as I explained we had been told we would get a discount. So then he took fifty pence off, and that was our discount. This sounds funny to read, but to experience it, was not. We would deservedly get a five or three pound discount after spending over 70 quid, so one pound fifty, off is actually taking the p i s s. A real let down. Blame that weird man. Totally racist vibes. Want our money, but don't respect us. It makes me feel furious thinking about the racist people in this place, letting the store down.

Out of This shop Afrocadabra & Sabina's, i prefer this place due to the commicationg and customer service. Staff go out there way to help. Great customer service I recieved from Lisa, always smiling. Recognise's her customer's, polite and professional approach. Lisa should be a Manager here if anything. Just my feedback All the staff must learn about hair products. I stopped going Sabina's all down to the customer service & wasn't a nice experience. Of a welcome nor do they know their products. Thank you Lisa Just want to say for those that have had a bad experience in the comments below it's not nice to read but on the other hand its how you take those things on board. If someone is Racist report them and not let the crininal get away as yes that is Discriminating you as a black or white person. That is not fair. Nobody should be followed because they look different. Yet we are all one race. People need to take there head out of the gutter it's 2022 not 1800! At the same time in tooting there are a lot of shop lifters, so don't take these little thing's to personal and maybe speak out & let your voice be heard in a polite way. It's upsetting reading people are under attack just based on our skin complexion. Report them, don't let racist people walk.

Shopped here many times and never usually had a problem but 5 times now, I have purchased bottles of Adore Hair Dye and the seal has been removed and theyve been watered down so badly that they are useless. Ive brought this brand so many times before and never had that issue. I dont trust this store anymore.

I buy my clippers from here, they have cordless Wahl Magic clip/Detailers and Andis outliners cheaper than online. also got some premium gaurds for a really good price too. Its right on my doorstep and they've always been helpful and nice so cant complain. Id rather give these guys my money than some online shop.

Don't bother. Ive had so many bad experiences in this shop but im over it now and won't be returning. The shop is tiny. There stock is old. The polices they have don't make sense. Take your money to the other hair shops along the High St.
