        Always a long queue here, so much so that if I need an item from there, I always go when I have a little extra time to spare as you are pretty much guaranteed a 10 min wait. Often they only have one person at the till, you cannot blame that person, it is clearly just a poorly managed store. A big part of the problem appears to be the click and collect trolley, a quick glimpse inside of them and you will see items scattered around inside in no particular order, which just makes it longer to retrieve an item. Maybe they should move the click and collect to the pharmacy section at the back as that till is nowhere near as busy, common sense.
