Have visited this branch(Tooting)last Friday, had an appointment with Louise! She was amazing! Really helped me with understanding things, what I was struggling for months to understand, didn't rush me out but gave me time, answered all my questions and made me feel like a Customer. Superb customer service. Barclays should have more such people, it would be joy to visit. After having a negative experience in Streatham High Road branch, I was really happy to meet somebody like Louise. Will definitely come back when I need something else. Thank you Louise, you are great!

All ATMs on the street are permanently out of order. Came here many times in December and now in April - they are all still out of order. Useless

I went into the bank to withdraw a large some of money. Denise who served me was very polite and helpful. She gave me 2 coins bags and split the money in 2 and mentioned envelopes are not provided because of pickpockets . She was the only one serving and apologised to every customer who had been waiting.Keep up the good work Denise

Barclays are major investors in fossil fuels. As such, they are guilty of contributing to the climate crisis. Consider switching to another bank.
