        Had tbis builder in good faith to damp proof an area in my property. They issed a 30year guatantee and even though the damp has returned he is unresposive to emails voice mails and text messages. He has also left a hole in the plasterwork in the area in question after having taken a sample to send off for analysis .The suppliers of the materials that he uses have assured me that they have sent the results to Rjchmond Builders however no contact . Not happy. Would not reccomend.
