Lovely vegan orange cake and the service was friendly and polite. Enjoyed sitting outside with the dog after our walk (they do dog treats too!)

Lovely visit on Sunday 23 April. Arrived late afternoon an ld it was just what we wanted. Had the coffee & walnut and spicy carrot cake with 2 coffees. Really yummy cake and cappuccinos were fab! . Very well laid out seating spread over a Lower and upper level couple of steps in between so not sure if suitable for wheelchair access but maybe okay on upper level as enter. Guy behind counter was really friendly. Will definitely return! Thank you

Extremely overpriced! I would not recommend the afternoon tea to anyone. The quality of food was mediocre at best, and at 23 (!!) per person, two platters of supermarket-quality sandwiches and small cakes came to 90 for what could have been bought at Tescos for 10. Youd have to drink an awful lot of tea to make it worth your money. Do yourself a favour and go to the Ritz-Carlton, itll cost you less even after travel and will be a certain improvement on the dead (lack of) ambience. Feel robbed, especially given that we only intended for one to have afternoon tea and ended up with two due to a website error. They were hostile when we tried to explain, and didnt care at all when we explained again at the checkout. In every way not worth it.
