Contacted Mackenzie after an issue with Newlyn Bailiff. He initially promised to help and get the issue sorted. He made a few calls then said he would call me back later that day. Hadn't heard back by the next morning so called again, and he promised to call back within the hour. Still no reply by the end of the day. Called again the next day twice and left messages on his answer service. Over a week later I still have had no reply...

I had trouble with Jacobs recently and my mum recommended I called M1 debt solutions. Mackenzie dealt with my case and was absolutely amazing. He took his time to call me back and actually contact Jacobs themselves. He told me what to do and made me feel so relieved when he made me aware of all the lies they tell to pressure you. He provided a solution to my problems with them and I have since been able to come to a reasonable arrangement with Jacobs. I would never have been able to do this without Mackenzies help.
