Used this service for a short while as it was used by our neighbour but was really not impressed. Having been present for a lot of the cleanings it was clear that it was no where near thorough, just splashed some dirty water on with a hose and called it a day basically. Windows often left smeared and still dirty. They also on numerous occasions mixed up our outstanding credit with our neighbours so were asking us for money we didnt owe them. When we approached them with the issues they did come back and redo on one occasion but honestly was still bad quality so pretty pointless. We also Left them an email with some feedback and the reasoning we wanted to end our business with them but heard nothing since. Theres just so many other window cleaning services out there they could do it better. Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning, Window washing

Rang "Clean my Windows" this afternoon to inform them of their staffs complete and utter disregard for elderly people and their family's. I was visiting my mother this afternoon when she noticed her windows being soaked. Upon looking at the issue, my mother learned a window cleaner was cleaning the windows above. Upon asking politely to the member of staff if she could maybe not soak them as much, the staff became very rude towards my elderly mother. Upon learning this I popped my head around the door, before I spoke a flurry of abuse came towards me. I was shocked and shaken. I was simply going to ask could she not soak them as much. The staffs utterly unacceptable behaviour was deeply unprofessional. Please "Clean my Windows" if you read this, do not send that woman to Witham Place in future.
