We talked to the receptionist. We wanted to get advice for neutering our cat and she told us they charge 40 for phone consultation! We will pay for the neutering anyway, they shouldnt charge for 5 mins phone call 40! I dont find this ethical at all. After reading all the good reviews I am very disappointed. Edit: I talked to another vet today and they were happy to give the information we asked free. We were asking if they can put implant to cats for neutering and how much does it cost. I am not going to give 40 for asking the price of an operation. Instead of apologizing the reply Bevoir vet gave shows they dont care about animals they care about money anyway. So happy not to use them.

I've been using Belvoir vets for a little while now and all the staff have been friendlyand caring. Both the dog and cat have been in for a few different issues and have been excellent each time. The recommended treatment plan, the reasons for it and cost has been clearly explained before going ahead with anything.
