SJ is brilliant! As a runner I visit her when I've had niggles, for maintenance and after races. She really knows her stuff and has a multitude of tools and techniques to help with all sorts of problems. I always walk out feeling great - half because of the massage and half because SJ is so lovely; body and spirits are always lifted :D

Ive been to plenty of places and no one could figure out the cause of my back pain! SJ literally solves the problem within minutes of me walking into her clinic and Ive been so much better since! Would recommend her above any other massage therapists, chiropractor or anything else!
