I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of response or acknowledgement I received from your company. On 09/03/23, I reached out to you but I have not received any response. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I believe that it is essential for a company to respond to its customers promptly and professionally, regardless of the nature of the issue. As a result of this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I understand that no company is perfect, and issues can arise. However, I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and make improvements to your communication and customer service in the future. In the future, I suggest that you establish a system to acknowledge all inquiries within a reasonable amount of time, such as an automated email response. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Megan is very knowledgeable in her field and carrys our sessions out in a professional manor along with making me very comfortable, since I started with Megan my mobility has dramatically increased, I am better not only physically but also mentally as I no longer lose sleep due to her correct diagnosis

Visited Megan after a pain occurred on the foot after a football game. With a pin in the foot and a pain for more than two weeks, Megan worked her magic and now pain free. She explained everything in detail and put a rehabilitation plan in place for me which helped me to get back to be able to train and carry on daily tasks. If you have any sports injury or just want some advice, do get in touch with her and you will not regret it

I went for a sports massage with Megan and it was excellent and really helped straightaway. Fantastic service and Megan was super helpful, the best massage therapist Ive been to - highly recommend!
