        This is by far the worst company to deal with. They are extremely quick at raising their invoices and collecting your payments in advance. They are extremely good at having lite plans and eventually withdrawing the plan and automatically putting you on a standard plan which costs significantly more. When you raise this issue with them, they claim to have notified us of this change via email which was never received. When requesting for a review of the case and refund, they say it is not possible since they claim to have emailed us of this change. Totally unacceptable service and I would never recommend this software to anyone in the market. There are much better options out there, who would value a customer and business.

        Great system which meets our needs perfectly, easy to install with help in various forms readily available when needed. Negative reviews must be from users who lack basic IT skills and have set their systems up incorrectly!
