All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and very professional. I've had several different treatments at In Sensu and they are all amazing. Would highly recommend the B12 injection and one of Jo's amazing facials, it's worth every penny.

I need to express how knowledgeable Claire is at what she does. She is definitely setting a super high standard in the cosmetic tattooing and skin industry. Clients and fellow artists and entrepreneurs will truly have the highest value of service from this incredible women.

Ive been putting off getting my eyebrows done since the first ones I had (done by another Salon) faded after my wedding in 2016. I explained to Claire what my reservations were. I was nervous about them looking too dark when I wasnt wearing any other make up, the colour being the wrong match for my skin and hair colour, and also the shape, as I was so set on pencilling them on in a certain way. I am beyond happy to say that I have just had my brows done with Claire at her beautiful Salon, and I feel like a completely new person. My friends and family had tried to persuade me many times even offering to pay as they felt it would make me feel more confident and really shape my face in the correct way, and Id half heartedly looked around and not seen any local salons who I was happy to go with (I live 14 miles away). Ive just had the hair stroke brows and they are just perfect. Claire is so lovely, welcoming, bubbly and professional. Her Salon is spotlessly clean and has a lovely calming feel to it full of gorgeous products and a lovely comfy beauty bed whilst getting the procedure done. Claire really knows her stuff, she matched the perfect colour for my brows to match my hair and skin tone (Im very pale skinned with copper hair) and the shape is unbelievable, what Ive always tried to pencil and got so frustrated doing so! I had all the information I needed both before and after to explain the procedure and how to care for them, and keep them looking fab and even some cute little products for aftercare to take away with me. I felt so relaxed as soon as I entered, and I am so pleased I took the plunge in the end. The change to my appearance and my confidence is incredible and I cannot wait to go back for my top up!!! Thank you so much Claire, you are so talented and your passion for your job is infectious. You are so highly skilled at what you do, I literally cannot recommend or thank you enough x

Touch up on eyebrows and eyeliner. As I arrived I was greeted with a lovely warm welcome from Claire, I think that maybe she could tell that I was feeling a little nervous, but all of that was quickly disappearing as she explained what she was doing first, etc, etc..... Again I felt no pain and was reassured that IF I started to feel any to just raise my hand, and Claire would add a little more numbing gel. I didnt feel that I had been in there very long, before Claire said yes, I am pleased with that and with that she passed me a mirror to see her handy work. Once again, I was more than really happy to see the results of Claires work. Why did I feel a tad nervous going in? I dont know... perhaps its a built in thing, but I WILL be returning when I need too. So, I think that must speak for its self.
