I wouldn't advise anyone book a party with these. I booked a larger party and it didn't state anywhere on their website it was limited to 15 children (this ment for and extra 150 you get 5 extra children in the venue over the smaller party package). When I said I wasn't agreeing to that hidden cost I asked for a refund. The owner then called me saying it wasn't possible to refund my deposit as it was non-refundable. I had to send letters of legal action in order to get a full refund as I was mis-sold and they even admitted in an email that it wasn't clear. Ive finally gotten all of my money refunded but I would not recommend anyone to deal with these.

Fantastic space with lovely staff and great quality food and toys. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend. The whole area was very clean. If travelling using Google maps type Springfield industrial estate and find building number 10 when you get there.

First time we have organised a party and didn't know what to expect. We'll we were very happy with the whole experience. Decorated to suit child's age which was wonderful, attention to detail I.e. balloons including child's age x extremely helpful and pleasant staff who went above and beyond to make the experience an amazing one and we were so happy. Would highly recommend this venue as its safe and very clean and also has all amenities to hand. 5 stars from me
