        We paid for passport photos the man couldn't have been more abrupt if he had tried! We walked in here 320 never even greeted us or smiled, just barked " passport photos?" I asked if my son should remove his coat due to the big hood he told us no. Our photos were rejected as the outline was not to standard. I had to make another trip into town later that week to get them replaced, again greeted to the same abrupt man who then queried why the Passport website had rejected them. I explained he said it wasn't the coat but was my Son's big afro Hair! Clearly this member of staff needs retaining on politeness and customer care. Disappointed with the lack of service and his attitude.

        Went with a friend to do her passport using their service. Was quiet in shop and 2 members of staff. Service explained thoroughly and photos done quickly. Took under 1/2 hr which was good. Would recommend the service even though a bit expensive as it dies away with making errors
