Absolute nightmare worst possible customer service. I moved from st. Peter's Hill just because of availability of parking. Survived two month of picking up prescription - once I had to wait outside for almost 30 minutes and then sone grumpy woman tokd me that noting is ready... and it is just one of many issues. I have seen man with cancer waiting for his prescription.... bloody 15 minutes just to find bag - he hasn't been offered any seat. Keep away if you can. I moved to Barrowby Gate pharmacy - should have done it months earlier.

I booked a flu vaccine online, only to be told the day the appointment was cancelled. The reason why this happened is that there was no one available to give the vaccine. A locum pharmacist arrived 30 minutes late for their shift and was not qualified to provide vaccines. An extremely poorly run service. I suggest you avoid it at any cost if you value your sanity.

I Do not recommend this pharmacy as Your nominated pharmacy,got prescription issued Tuesday morning and its Friday morning but prescriptions are still not available for collection.
