Very impressed with service from Petpals that we have used now on a number of occasions. The owner is very friendly and relatable and makes you feel very comfortable to work with them. They have provided an excellent service each time, and provide a really personalised service that makes you feel they care about, and take the time to get to know your pets. Really pleased with the value as well compared with other quotes we have looked into. Our pets were much happier this way than going into a cattery. The little touches, such as the notes left after each visit were a great comfort, knowing that the pets had been well looked after.

Petpals Grantham is a truly superb business comprising of an animal mad, amazingly lovely team! Wendy is so friendly, personable and couldnt do more for you - she will always do her best to fit in and accommodate whatever you need. And my dogs absolutely love all the ladies who walk them - you can tell they are treated like little princesses! I really wouldnt trust anyone else with my fur babies, but I trust them implicitly. It is so reassuring to know they are in safe hands with people who give them the love and affection I would if I was at home with them.

PetPals have been looking after our Domino for over 3 yrs. He loves seeing all the ladies who come to take him out and they are so good with him. It is a great comfort knowing he will always have someone to walk him while we have to work.
