        Would not go anywhere else. I have always used Specsavers. Everyone is lovely and service is quick and efficient from registration with Tracey G, my eye test with Sonali, looking at frames with Molly and my handover and fitting today with Donna. Great team and nice new store

        After having reading glasses for a couple of years, I needed something for reading music. Marcela in Grantham was amazing at not only recognising what I needed but also finding the compromise so I had varifocals for everyday and bifocals for music. She was honest and very helpful. She solved a problem for me that took a good few goes to get right. I really am very happy with my glasses. They are now perfect for music. Thank you.

        Excellent service from all the staff who I came into contact with. My new glasses are great. I have been a customer for many years and I always recommend Specsavers to friends. The new shop is great, much more spacious.

        Dont even know how to answer a phone been trying to call for 20 min from 8.30 am. They are not to busy to answer a phone at this time in the morning
