Glamour Nails

I have been using this nail salon for a few years now. They always provide a professional service. I have had manicures, nail extensions and gel pedicures and I always feel the staff provide a very good service. They are very friendly and the service never feels rushed. A few times I have been caught with the drill accidentally, which has caused a bit of blood but the staff do try to be careful when they realise. Nails last a very long time, excellent service. Came here today to this salon for the first time to get my acrylic nails removed and the service was very disappointing. I was the only customer in there and the two staff members were not very friendly or polite. The job they did was not of very good quality, the man was very rough when using the electric nail file and did not even shape my nails after cutting them, he just left them sharp and rigid. They also do not take cash and made me leave my mobile phone in the shop whilst I went to get cash. The service overall was very shocking and was definitely not worth the 15 I paid. I will definitely not be returning to this salon and will be advising others not to. Service: Synthetic nail removal

The worse experience to date. My partners daughter went to have her nails done for the first time must I add. The full set last less than a week all pinged off 43 later. Went back in yesterday in the hope they would rectify them for free and was totally scammed having to then pay again after they agreed to do for free!! Dont ever go there the most awful customer service ever!!

I got my nails done here for 40 not even a week ago and there already falling off and one of my nails broke in half.I am fuming and wanting a refund.They also barely speak english and can only do simple designs but fair enough i guess.Overall my experience there wasnt the best and i wont go again i wouldnt recommend.
