T&D nails

I requested acrylic nail expansions with a design i shown them- I asked if they would be able to recreate the design which they stated wasnt a problem. However, the nails looks really poor. There were clumps of acrylic underneath the extension, which I had to try and file down at home. The design did not look like the picture they stated they could recreate. The design had gold embedded in the design. However, the nail tech put silver on then, later realising it was the wrong colour and then continued with applying the gold. Making one nail out of 10 silver and looking completely odd. I had to ask them to cover up the silver that they had already cured into the nail, which I received hostility for requesting. I felt it was overpriced for the service I received. Not to mention the amount of times I was caught with the drill, making my finger sore for days. I then went to a different salon to have them removed and the lady at the new salon stated the quality of the nails where very poor. If Im honest, the standard feels very beginner, so definitely not worth the price when they state theyre professional standard. Other salons within the area offer a much better and more professional service. Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure

Nails look nothing like the requested style. When trying to explain how I wanted them done I got ignored or shouted down. Very rude. Poor job with huge fat nails, sharp edges, Bad shape, wonky. Will have to get them fixed elsewhere as I will not return to have them done again in such a poor establishment. I tried to get them to listen but in the end had to give up.
