We contacted Mark on recommendation from a colleague at work and he's been excellent in helping us renew mortgages (twice), arrange life insurance as well as the best option for a big loan from the bank. All details were very well explained (for novices like us) and subsequently we felt confident in the decisions we were making. Mark's professional conduct is excellent and he visited us in person (which was a long drive in the middle of Winter) to explain everything more fully and meet us personally which was much appreciated. Mark provides peace of mind to us in knowing there's someone to ask for impartial advice in any financial matters when they arise and we look forward to further correspondence in the future.

What can I say, except that Mark was tremendously helpful, open, respectful, honest and is good at listening. He gave me options but did not try to steer me or influence me to any conclusion. Once things were quickly under way, he chased up the lender and lawyers when needed, without fobbing me off. After a bad start with another well known Equity Release company, Monument FS were a breath of fresh air. Thanks to them, I now have some equity from my home that will help improve my quality of life in the here and now. Forever Grateful

Mark was recommended to my fianc and I when we first thought about looking to buy a house. He was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. We were first time buyers and we could ask Mark anything, he has never made us feel like we are asking silly questions. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We knew we were in safe hands (and still are). His advice has always been great, he never pushes you to a particular decision- he gives all the information and you decide (with his direction if you require it). We dreaded the idea of dealing with a mortgage advisor as we felt out of our depth, but we honestly looked forward to our conversations with Mark. I honestly cant recommend him enough!!
