        I bought a bike from this company who were very helpful, but as soon as they had my money they werent interested in helping with a problem that developed. I emailed them asking for information on three separate occasions, but they never provided it and the customer service is appalling!!

        I really should've read the negative reviews before dealing with this company as they are all accurate that the after sales service is very poor. You kind of accept that from large companies as its well known they don't care, but its very disappointing from a small company like this!
