Absolutely outstanding business. Broke down just off the A1 and got let down by my breakdown service. Did a quick Google to find Reteuro and lucked out in finding such lovely, helpful people. Simon organised recovery and diagnostics at his workshop quickly and efficiently - Nothing was too much trouble. Sadly my van was fairly terminally knackered so couldn't go any further that day. Luckily Reteuro is only about ten minutes walk from Grantham station so it's easy to find onward travel - especially as Grantham is a hire car service black hole! Highly recommended - would love to have these guys on my doorstep to use again.

A++++ Customer service , Repair time , Pricing and Quality of repair. I shall unequivocally be using this garage from now on for all works after the way I was treated. They collected my vehicle , repaired my vehicle and kept in touch with me the whole time. The receptionist was and is a pure delight to speak to cheerful and extremely professional. I can't speak highly enough of this garage. I dumped my van on them at 5pm after it failed an MOT, and they were so friendly and nice. I explained I totally get they're busy and it's not booked in, but I don't want to see it again until it's ready however long it takes. It took 36 hours for them to call me saying it's done, and just needs the MOT doing. I went to get it later that afternoon, and they said it was MOT'd and ready to go, as he was worried about when I might be able to get it booked in, and so took it himself. I've since taken it for other work that other garages have told me needed doing, only for them to take the vehicle, get the parts, and then inform me that actually it doesn't need doing and to maybe look at it towards the end of the year when the MOT is due, which I find particularly astounding given they could have just taken the money, regardless whether I needed it doing or not. All of this is, basically, not the kind of service I've come to expect from car mechanic garages, and I couldn't be more pleased to have actually found a garage that can be trusted with both honesty, skill and price.
