Absolutely great service! Thanks to all the kind and friendly staff from the reception, technicians, doctors and all staff. Went to A&E due to an injury, the service was so fluid, from start to finish where x rays was taken and immediate results. I feel safe when you can't even book appointments in South. Great parking facility and you pay on your way out, brilliant, you never know how long it may take. Only spent 2 hours, during which everything happened.

I went to Grantham A&E tonight as my finger is swollen and i have been unable to move it for 3 days. The doctor felt my finger for 2 seconds, didnt even bother to xray it and told me to just go get anti-inflammatory cream. 45 minutes wait just for that. Absolutely shocking. Pictures of my finger attached.

I would just like to say how pleased I was with the care I received at the urgent care centre yesterday evening. I was seen very promptly, I was in and out within half an hour. That was being booked in, my wound dressed, a tetanus and antibiotics: I dont drive and was worried Id have to go to Lincoln or another hospital. I was so relieved to get everything I needed at Grantham.
