        Excellent service and very professional team! Took my car in for repairs the day before Christmas eve and despite the holidays I had my car back in just under 2 weeks. Repair was of a high standard and they even cleaned the inside of my car as an added bonus. Communication clear throughout and on time for picking up and dropping off my car.         Pronto was trying there best here in regards to service its a shame that one couldn't say the same to the insurers, there workmanship is really top notch...I felt they did there part in repair but not on the insurers behalf who left me 4 weeks without a curtacey car ....

        The work on the car was fine, however the customer service was poor 2 missed collection/drop offs even with one having called the day before to make sure it's still on. The work was carried out quickly and the car was cleaned on return.
