I have just rented a house from this place, I never leave reviews, but just have to on this occasion. The enthusiasm and professionalism of both charly sauders and tom marsh made this process so simple, stress free and made it all possible in a matter of days. William H brown Grantham have been amazing from start to finish with the sale of our 1st home. Because we were no longer living in the area they listened to everything we wanted and communicated with myself and my husband and handled everything efficiently and promptly. The reason why we chose William h brown was because they took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed. The photos that were used by there own photographer were fantastic and really helped with the sale. I want to highlight one specific team member Phoebe all of this was down to her she went above and beyond and when completing the sale nothing seemed like it was to much of a task. Everything just went like clockwork highly recommend.

Friendly staff who make promises they don't keep about calling you back. They do block bookings on rental properties and then it's a lottery if you get the property or not
