I hadnt dealt with a recruitment agency before and was a little skeptical, however after meeting Sarah she very quickly made me feel comfortable and at ease. Throughout the whole process Sarah communicated with me whilst also being personal & supportive. Sarah really believed in me which gave me an extra confidence boost. I couldnt recommend speaking to Sarah enough, she is just amazing! In fact, I will miss our chats! Thank you for everything Sarah.

I would certainly recommend the office and the staff who dealt with my temporary job - very professional and personable. Just would like a continuation of temporary job opportunities once a temp job is complete, but Grantham being a small town I understand this is not always achievable.

Only good things to say about Reflect Recruitment at Grantham. Used them to source a couple of temporary staff for the first time and Sarah couldn't be more helpful. The staff she provided did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use this agency again.

Came in to the recruitment centre and got a job within a week! Sarah is absolutely amazing and so friendly, I highly recommend going in and working with her as she is so helpful in all aspects when finding jobs that are suited to you as well as being so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely say to anyone to go into reflect recruitment!

Absolutely brilliant. Sarah is amazing ! So helpful and very friendly. Couldn't of done enough for me. Always updated me and rang me to see how I'm doing. By far the best recruitment agency I had the pleasure of dealing with. Again I have to praise how amazing Sarah is !
