        Went to collect a parcel at this store at 11am to be told they did not have it, phoned Next when I got home to be told the STORE had returned it at 11.30am, so you did have it! Customer service is poor in this store except from the mature lady (sale's assistant) the younger female assistants regard you as a inconvenience that they have to serve/help you, they talk to you as if they are far superior than you! Never a smile or any conversation unless they are handing you a feedback voucher for you to complete online.
