        Scam. Charged 118 to do a spouse tax transfer-something which we have successfully done without help for a number of years. Then they didnt do it properly so we received a letter saying we owed the HMRC money!

        We moved from Peter Chalk to TMC this year. TMC's First call: receptionist very attentive. Got all details. Later on David gave us a ring and spent 45 minutes talking us through about childcare vouchers, tax credits, etc. Then David emailed everything we talked over the telephone with some advice too. With Peter Chalk I phoned twice for an advice (which we were willing to pay for if someone would help us) and never got a single help. Emailed twice just for advice and completely ignored... TMC however looks like it is a first class firm to trust and get help.
