The lecture Kym Banks has patience, calm, friendly welcoming approach. She is one of the best lectures I have ever come across. I actually do admire her. She is so down to earth, She explain everything clearly and re-assure you.

Kym Banks is a fantastic tutor and patient and takes her time to help each and every student achieve their best. With Kym's help I achieved Levels 1 and 2 Manual Bookkeeping and I have certificates to prove it. Something I never thought that I was capable of. 3CATS is a very warm hearted organisation that goes the extra mile with its students.

I have been a student with 3CAT from 2018 until 2021. With my time at 3CATS I have managed to complete 6 qualification courses and many non-accredited support courses. Starting from Level 1 Manual bookkeeping and working my way through all the courses with Level 2 Payroll as the final course. I cannot thank both tutors Kym and David enough for all their support because not only have they helped me to gain new qualfications they have also taught me an improvement life lesson of confidence to believe in myself and believe that anything is possible. I highly recommend anyone who is finding it diffuclt at the moment with findong work or maybe looking for something new to try to give 3CATS a message because the support they provide is just amazing!!
