We had my daughter's birthday party here and wouldn't recommend! - 16.50 per child was expensive for what you got. 1hr jumping, 1/3 pizza, ice cream and squash. Would be cheaper to buy it all separately. - the 'party room' was very disappointing. We weren't allowed in it until just before food - so had no base during jumping for presents / cake etc. And no time to decorate. No seats for the adults in the room, and no door to stop little ones running off! Room very plain - no decorations. - had to leave exactly 45mins later which was a rush for food and cake - no treat or nice gesture for birthday girl - booked and paid for 10 children about 6 weeks before - before invites had gone out. Needed to add on 2 children once RSVPs back so emailed week before. Turned out to be a big issue - they wouldn't guarantee the extra 2 spaces until I phoned to pay extra. No clear reason for this! - we were constantly told off by the marshalls - took away any fun from the jumping. I get the need for safety, but it was over the top. - 2 parents had to rewatch the safety video as they were stood in the 'wrong place' - despite clearly seeing the whole video the first time! This delayed the children jumping. - the place was dirty. Stairs looked like they hadn't been hoovered in months! Ended up costing ~300 (with some extra pizzas and drinks for the adults added in) - definitely not value for money. We had her sister's party at Grantham Bowl a few months ago and that was much better value and a lot more fun!
