Prefer the old offices! Entry to first floor was awkward. Needed to go to ground floor area round the corner to arrange to be let in for my appointment in main office. Nos know how to do it of course. Staff very pleasant and I was made to feel welcome by the sicitor I was seeing - everything explained as simply as possible

Our solicitor was Kirsty Andrew's. We had a difficult time with our mortgage due to the times but Kirsty was fantastic. Very informative. Answered queries quickly and was very approachable. We never had a problem and now we are happy in our new home! Thank you! Highly reccomend

After three stressful years I could write an essay about JMP but I just don't have the energy and want to forget about them. I'll just quote the Legal Ombudsman who agreed that 'the service provided by JMP has fallen below a reasonable standard' before awarding us compensation. Steer clear.

I regret not listening to the other reviews, especially those that say JMP are very slow. I wish i had used a different firm. Probably would have been better off using a local firm.

We have had a case with JMP for almost a year and they have now decided to not return any emails or phone calls. We have gather all the evidence for them. All they had to do was assess the evidence and deal with the legal side and they weren't even capable. Elizabeth Royall initially had our case to which she claimed she couldn't manage so she passed it to her higher colleague Samantha Towle. I have been trying to get into contact with Ms Towle, regarding an update on our case, for about 8 weeks and keep being told messages are being passed on but there are no responses to either my husbands or I. This is severely unprofessional. It's appalling how we've been treated my husband now has a life long illness because of the defendants and every day we are fighting for what we are owed and no-one seems to care. We are beyond disappointed.
