        My renewal price was extortionate so I went elsewhere I missed that the policy renewed and when I realised and asked for a credit I'm told it passed 14 days so got nothing. How about you dont auto renew? I wont be using Cover My again and wont be recommending them.

        Fortunate not to have needed their breakdown service but if CoverMy's admin processes are the benchmark, they'd be very good and great value for money Only not renewing because my new car lease includes breakdown cover but when that expires I will definitely be using CoverMy again

        Only needed to use once but very quick and friendly service. I called and reported my car broken down and in less than an hour car was being loaded on to the back of a truck. Will definitely be renewing my policy with them
