I began my sessions with Michael just over 3 years ago and was full of crippling anxiety and generally in a very bad place in my life. With Michaels help using EFT I have managed to completely turn my life around. I assumed that the cycle of toxic behaviours and relationships was just part of who I was and it became normality.
