        Absolutely hopeless service. Milk order regularly wrong, communication is awful aswell. Tried to resolve issues on chat and email and neither were 'able to help'

        Don't waste your time. I got sent a voucher, which I used, order went through, but got an email a couple of hours before delivery was due saying due to unforseen circumstances they couldn't deliver everything on my order! What a joke! No reason given, no response when I contacted them. Then when I called up to query it was farcical. Seems like a con with what I've experienced!

        Disappointed with order for 2 diaries offered me a discount of 6.00 using promotion code SHOP 30 but would not allow me to use it on phone order (for some reason I couldn't complete the order on line ) explained this that's why I phoned. Not fair 6.00 would have been a good discount.
