Avoid them, if you order with them they take your money and forget they have to send products

Awful customer service, courrier lost package and was impossible to get Garden Gear to help remedy the situation (ie refund or send new item) - had to dispute with my card co. Also they only provide an 087 number for post-purchase customer service chargeable at 13p per min(!), this is no longer allowed as per recent legislation, please report them to Citizens Advice consumer helpline / Trading Standards.

Garden Wet Vac / Shredder -Never has the phrase "buy cheap buy twice" been more apt to describe this product. It is very poor. I can clear the leaves three times as fast by hand due to the fact that for every 5 sections of suction on this product you have to stop to de-clog the shredder. It is truly awful.

Do not purchase from this company unless you are happy to receive incomplete orders and no satisfactory customer service. Ordered a 5 piece rattan set (1 table and 4 chairs) only 3 complete chairs arrived. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and opportunity to rectify, only to be told they would send correct part out. Sent out an incompatible component, then had ordacity to say thats all we've got. As if they just expected me to part with my money with 1/5 of items missing. 4 weeks later still awaiting refund. Still awaiting collection. Disgusting company for this day and age. AVOID
