We've just bought our first house and were very clueless about kitchens. Jordan was really helpful sharing his advice and knowledge. It felt like talking to a friend, a very knowledgeable friend - he really knows his kitchens and appliances! It was an overall lovely experience, he made something we thought would be overwhelming, really enjoyable - and the showroom really helped us visualise what our dream kitchen could look like.

Having seen A1 listed as a stockist for a particular brand we were interested in, we visited the very nice showroom and met Jordan. From day 1 he was helpful, service oriented, very knowledgeable and considered our requirements fully. We now have a fantastic new kitchen that gets a "wow" from our guests. The kitchen was very well priced and the appliances top notch. We had a couple of minor glitches which were well communicated and easily resolved so do visit . Really have no hesitation in recommending A1, this is a very professional business.

Terrible service encountered here. We only wanted new work surfaces, new high quality sink with mixer taps and a new induction hob supplied and fitted which perhaps was the problem ! After they visited to measure up we never received any follow up to arrange a date to install. After waiting nearly a year for A1 to pull their proverbial finger out we had a superb job completed by a knowledgable competitor. Upon visiting the A1 showroom on several different occasions (whilst waiting for an installation date), on each and every occasion the blame was squarely placed on his installer for not contacting me..... It was claimed that it wasnt their fault if his installer was unreliable or too busy !
